I checked on my Chase App, the credit check is no longer there and been replaced by Autosave. Any other way to get that back on the app?

Hi Andy,
I’m still able to check my credit score through the app. I would suggest trying again and if you still can’t access it, you can try contacting Chase directly.

If you are unable to view the credit score on the app, try logging in on via the internet. I can see the credit check on my laptop, but not on the app.

Hi James,
I just checked my Chase account and the ability to check your credit score appears to still be working.

I used to check my score on the Dashboard. I tried just now and it doesn’t recognize me. I called and was told I had to have an online account. I don’t want one. Does anyone know of other options?

Hi Evelyn,
If you don’t have an online chase account then you can check your score for free with a service like Credit Karma, but the also require you to create an account first.

Any way to include spouses info for monitoring if you have a joint account?

Hi Tony,
Chase does not appear to publish any information regarding this on their website, so I recommend you contact their customer service team directly to see if that is something they can accommodate.

I don’t understand chase credit score provided by Experian doesn’t agree wit the score I have with the Experian account I have that I pay for from Experian. Never agree even when I turn off Experian Boost.
