Bad experience this past year with Kimpton probably because they have been acquired by IHG. Some hotels have fees for pets and don’t have a wine hour anymore. No special occasion specials, some don’t have a gym, Spas have an additional charge and parking fees keep going up. This is how they expand, through more fees being charged. They’re adding fees on a more frequent basis, more than once a year, at their hotel chains.
